Former Patriot libero Cindy Amutan joins Cignal HD Spikers’ roster

Joining other Patriot legends Foton Tornadoes’ Iumi Yongco, and F2 Logistics Cargo Movers’ Cherry Rose Nunag in the national volleyball scene, former Patriot libero Cindy Amutan connected with the Cignal HD Spikers as their libero, according to the team’s official Facebook page on January 29.

The Bachelor of Science in Physical Education graduate started training with the Cignal HD Spikers last September 2017, as per Amutan.

According to Amutan, her four-time appearance in the National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA) caught the eyes of Rizal Technological University Lady Thunders’ head coach Edgar Barroga, also the current Cignal HD Spikers helm.

The former Patriot Libero is set to step onto the national scene in the upcoming 2018 Chooks-to-Go Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix on February 17.
